The IB911 features the Island Pro Black Lug sole and original foot bed design, with the arch, heel cup, and outside contour. The upper is made from soft cotton webbing that is wider than the traditional nylon web. After a short break-in period, the soft EVA insole will self-mold to your foot's unique shape. If you are looking for lots of mileage and a slipper that lasts, this is the one for you. Made in Hawaii.

The last set of slippa's I'll ever buy! By , YORBA LINDA , CA I used to buy the $10-$20 plain black kind annually at Wally World, but on my last trip to the Big Island I found these at a shop in Kona. They gave me local-price for looking like a bruddah, so I decided they were worth a try. Two years later, the footbeds are just beginning to wear past the texturing (and that says a lot at 285 lbs...), something that happens to bargain ones at about 6mos for me. I plan to buy one more set to wear while I send these in for new footbeds, but between two sets (barring Act of Dog), I don't think I'll ever have to buy another set. They might want to think like Stride Gum and figure out a way to make us give up our old-but-not-worn-out sets!

Best ever By DANIEL ROBERTS , TALLAHASSEE , FL I bought a pair when I lived in Hawaii back in 1991, they have been the best flip flops I have ever experienced and I have used them heavily around the world. Today I am replacing that pair after 20 years, not because they got too old to wear, but because the dog chewed and destroyed one. Nothing compares to Island Slipper quality and comfort! Truly island style.
