  • Contact our Customer Service Department for a Return Authorization Number.
  • Include the Return Authorization Number, your name, contact information, your reason(s) for returning the product and a copy of the invoice.
  • Mail the product to:

  • If the product is deemed re-saleable we will issue an exchange.
  • When your order is completed and ready to be shipped the account used during the original transaction will be charged for shipping the exchange product to you.
