While we hope this isn’t the case, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your new purchase, we will accommodate your request provided the following criteria are met:

  • The item was purchased directly from the Island Slipper website or the Island Slipper Customer Service Department.
  • The item is returned within 30 days from the original date of purchase.
  • The item is unworn, unaltered and in re-saleable condition.
  • All original tags are attached.
